Why You Need It

The Ram-Air intake system for the 2024 Duramax 6.6L helps the engine produce horsepower at lower RPM, sharpens turbo response, and improves fuel economy by improving air mass flow to the turbo. This is made possible by our patented electronics. Meanwhile, all competitors must retain near stock airflow or risk setting a check engine light.

Why It's Better

  • Only intake that improves mass air flow over stock
  • Improves turbo response
  • Improves fuel economy
  • Massive filter extends service life, fewer cleanings
  • Housing keeps out hot air
  • Housing increases air volume around filter
  • Connects to OEM hood scoop
  • Rubber elbow allow for engine movement
  • Increased turbo sound, no drone
  • Oiled or dry high efficiency filter
  • No check engine light
  • Includes Banks Air Mass Control Module
  • U.S. Patent 11,193,441

Massive Airflow

In other words, all other competitive intakes must flow within a narrow airflow window near stock levels past the Mass Air Flow sensor, whereas these stock airflow design constraints do not limit us.

Unrivaled Size and Capacity

The all-new Ram-Air cold air intake system's large organic shape eliminates all restrictions and turbulence to the turbo. The radical new design allows for a massive 58% gain in Mass Air Flow over the stock system.

Your Stock Intake is Restrictive

The Duramax OEM air filter housing is a bulky multi-piece design with harsh bends, corners and is designed for dust collection, not performance. The air path is compromised by resonators and silencers in an effort to keep noise at a minimum.
